The Center of Excellence in Cloud Computing & Cyber Security is an initiative aimed at promoting education, research and support services for Information Communication Technology (ICT) enablement of Cloud Architect, DevOps, Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Alexa Skill Builder on Cloud, Threat Intelligence Analysis, Forensic Investigation, Penetration Testing and Application Security Management. Its main efforts are geared towards increasing awareness, understanding, appreciation and application of Cloud Computing and Cyber Security using a participatory and community driven approach.The Center of Excellence in Cloud Computing and Cyber Security was inaugurated by Prof Vishram Thatte, who is one of the AWS Academy – Technical Program Manager at I²IT campus. The Center is focused to various facets of Cloud Computing & Cyber Security in the form of research, outreach and consultancy. The research activities in the center are in the form of community development projects and sponsored projects by national & international funding agencies. Faculty members from all departments of the institute such as Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering and Information Technology are associated with the center for the promotion of interdisciplinary research for sustainable development.The Center of Excellence in Cloud Computing was established with the aim of developing products and solutions to help businesses and institutions move to the cloud. Apart from conducting regular training workshops for students and professionals, we also provide consultation services to companies looking to move their business online.
